You all know how when someone goes through massive weight loss that they stand around in their old pants and can fit into one pant leg? I always thought that was awesome; I wanted to do that.

I’m getting rid of the massive amount of clothes I have and I found some size 18s.  I haven’t worn size 18 since high school (in college and grad school I went from a 16 down to a 12 before start the biggest leg of my journey last year) and I still am kicking myself for not weighing because I’m sure I was over 200lbs…

So anyway I grabbed one of those size 18s and stepped into it. I could fit into one pant leg. My whole body. Wow. I need to take a picture!!

Today my hip measurement came in at 33.5”  so I’ve lost a bit more around my hips without losing weight (yay weight training) This also means that my hips are now close to the same measurement my thighs once were.

I’m also guessing that I’ve probably lost over 100lbs total then, from my highest weight…whatever it is.

Holy crap. I still have trouble seeing all of this stuff in myself.

My progress set. I’m maintaining 115lbs right now and working on getting stronger :)

OH AND BY THE WAY I CAN DEADLIFT MY BODY WEIGHT. DO YOU SEE ME LOOKING BULKY LADIES? NO! LIFT WEIGHTS!! :DDDD

You guys.

I tried on a bikini today for the first time ever in my life today. I even showed my fiance.

The only reason I didn’t buy it was because I hated the pattern and wanted a yellow one.

FFFFFFF I NEVER would have had the confidence to rock a bikini ever. Thank you, new healthy lifestyle.

Got a crapload of stretch marks but I don’t really give an f

Went for another run today, I’m still sore from my 3.57 mile run on Friday (first run since August) so all I could manage was a 2.83 mile run today.

Still trying to get faster, but I’m getting there and I love it :)

CHECK THIS SHIT OUT BITCHES
I haven’t gone running since August and I’ve made it my goal to run a 5K.  The farthest I ever ran when I was running was 2.5 miles. So I figured I would start working my way up to a 5K, starting with 2 miles and slowly going up from there
Well I was 30lbs heavier when I went running last and I didn’t do as much weight training. Running is so much easier when you’re 118 pounds, lol.
LOOK AT THIS. 3.57 MILES I NEVER RAN THAT FAR.
It’s slow, but HOLY CRAP I DIDN’T THINK I COULD RUN THAT FAR.
It felt amazing. I had a poached egg and tomato sandwich to celebrate.

I just need to let everyone know that I fucking love tomatoes.

That’s it.  Back to your schedule lives now.

Yesterday I had my weight training class.  My general rule of thumb is that when I don’t feel sore enough and I can walk perfectly the next day, it is time to increase the amount I am lifting.

GUESS WHO IS REALLY SORE TODAY? WHOOOOO

Yes, I’m crazy.
