Went for another run today, I’m still sore from my 3.57 mile run on Friday (first run since August) so all I could manage was a 2.83 mile run today. 

Still trying to get faster, but I’m getting there and I love it :)

-67 pounds in these photos.  I’ve actually lost another since I took them, so a total loss of 68 pounds. I’m trying to maintain now :3

I’ve always been an active person, going to the gym 5-6 days a week and doing a varied routine of cardio and strength training, but I never watched what I ate.  As soon as I started counting calories, the weight came off.

I make sure now to eat the right amount of calories and make sure that they’re HEALTHY calories (lots of veggies, protein, etc.) but I do indulge every now and then since I like to have fun!

It’s all about moderation folks! :) It’s also more about what you eat!  You can’t exercise yourself skinny! You have to eat healthy too!
