I haven’t gone running since August and I’ve made it my goal to run a 5K. The farthest I ever ran when I was running was 2.5 miles. So I figured I would start working my way up to a 5K, starting with 2 miles and slowly going up from there
Well I was 30lbs heavier when I went running last and I didn’t do as much weight training. Running is so much easier when you’re 118 pounds, lol.
LOOK AT THIS. 3.57 MILES I NEVER RAN THAT FAR.
It’s slow, but HOLY CRAP I DIDN’T THINK I COULD RUN THAT FAR.
It felt amazing. I had a poached egg and tomato sandwich to celebrate.
