
Tried something new for breakfast this morning! Two eggs, roasted red peppers, asparagus and tomato all fried up together.
It was yummy ;)

Pizza on whole wheat Flatout Flatbread with: Tomato, Roasted Red Pepper, Grilled Zucchini, Grilled Chicken and Mozzarella.

Lettuce wrap (I’m hooked on these now!) with ham, roasted red pepper and tomato; Brown rice chips.
I decided to try making a lettuce wrap today.

Every night I make lunch for myself for the next day AND for my little brother since he doesn’t want the unhealthy lunches at his school.
My lunch: whole wheat wrap, chicken, roasted red peppers and tomato. I plan on toasting it at work so no lettuce :)
My brother’s lunch: whole wheat wrap, ham, American cheese, lettuce.
Lunch: chicken, roasted red pepper, tomato.
I kinda ate half of it before deciding to take a picture! Lol!!
